Lousy System

Almost din get to come back here tho. Here goes the story~

My cuzin bought to n fro tickets for me n it so happened tat he bought the wrong date for the one going back to Kch. So, i bought another ticket *same airline* to go back to Kch. When i wanted to check in jz now *to come back to kl*, the lady told me tat my ticket was cancelled. She said my flights were under the same ref number n the second one was cancelled cuz i din reconfirm my second flight after not attending my first one. Wad kind of stupid system is tat??? Anyway, cant the system checked tat i've use another flight back to Kch???

i've paid for my ticket n my flight was canceled jz bcuz i din attend the 1st flight??? *broad daylight robbery!!* Somemore it isn't stated in their website tat i haf to tell them if i cancelled my flight n reconfirm with them for the second one!

I was put in the waiting list. Had to wait for 2nd flight if the first one is full. 3rd flight if 2nd is full etc etc...

My parents was quite pissed off *i wasn't as pissed off compared to them. prob cuz i din want to come back here at all =P* n kinteo. They even wanted to buy the business class ticket for me straight away without waiting for the waiting list. Dad went to the ticket counter n kinda complained n scolded the worker. Was advised by one of the worker to buy tickets separately next time to avoid the same incident from happening again. *u think ppl are v free to buy ticket one by one kah??*

Waited in the long long queue for quite long *Heard from a guy the same thing happened to him b4 too. Lousy airline system!* Luckily, at the last 10 mins, they managed to get me a seat. Rushed all the way from the check-in counter into the plane.

Not long after i reached KL, was called by someone from the airline checking if i've reached KL or still in Kch. Dad said prob they sked tat they'll be complained for tat.

Forgot to say, the airline i took was MAS.
